If you use the contact form on this site, I collect your name, phone number, and message so I can respond to your enquiry. This data is sent directly to me by email and is not stored on the website.
I do not use this information for marketing, and I do not share it with third parties unless required for legal or safeguarding purposes.
How Long I Keep Your Data
Information submitted through the contact form may be retained in my email records for up to 1 year for reference and continuity of care. I am required to keep client records for a minimum of 5 years after your last treatment, in line with professional and insurance guidelines. After this period, your information will be securely deleted or destroyed.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, or request that I delete it. To do so, contact me using the email info@sarahewin.co.uk
Data Security
I take data protection seriously.
