I’m Sarah, a Reflexologist with a focus on fertility and reproductive health. I work with individuals and couples navigating fertility issues, pregnancy loss, and the many emotional and physical challenges that come with reproductive health.
I trained in Reproflexology® with Barbara Scott, founder of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists. It was an intensive and highly specialised course focused on supporting fertility through reflexology. I continue to build my knowledge of women’s health through ongoing study and professional development through several universities, including the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and University College Of London
I am a member of the Association Of Reflexologists and The College Of Medicine.
My approach is always tailored- there’s no one-size-fits-all. I incorporate elements from different therapeutic traditions, including insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine, to create a treatment plan that’s uniquely suited to you and your needs.
My Background
My journey into this work is deeply personal. I’ve experienced the pain of recurrent miscarriage myself, and I understand how vital it is to have space to express your feelings and give your body and mind time to heal.
I’ve been practising reflexology for five years and have carried out hundreds of treatments. While my focused work in fertility is a newer chapter, it’s one I feel deeply called to- and I continue to learn and grow in this area every day.
I have a keen interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and plan to develop my understanding of it further. Recognising the emotional weight of trying to conceive has also led me to begin training in counselling with Anglia Ruskin University, allowing me to offer even deeper support in the future.
My Approach
Every journey begins with a consultation. This is where I invite my clients to share their story — not just their medical background, but the emotional and personal context that surrounds their fertility journey.
I love to hear about how couples met, how they enjoy their time together, and what their hopes are for the future. Sometimes I’ll ask questions that may seem unusual- like, Why do you want to have a baby? or even Why wouldn’t you? These conversations can gently uncover emotional or psychological layers that may be connected to fertility challenges.
I also explore menstrual health and gynaecological history, often asking about a woman’s cycle and even her mother’s- not just for patterns, but to understand generational and emotional influences. In cases where there are no clear medical reasons for infertility, I find that unresolved emotional blocks can sometimes play a role. That’s where I begin to gently explore more deeply.
After the consultation, I take time to reflect and create a personalised treatment plan, shaped entirely by what we’ve discussed.
I’m currently a mobile therapist, so I visit clients in the comfort of their own home- both for the consultation and reflexology treatments. Being physically present and emotionally attuned during our time together is a cornerstone of my work.
Your Space
This is your space to soften, feel held, and begin to receive again.
We start wherever you are — with care, honesty, and no pressure.
Whether you’re just beginning to explore support or have been on this path for some time, I’m here to walk alongside you. If you’d like to learn more or arrange a consultation, I’d be honoured to hear from you.
